You will be joining a high performing subsidiary of a national modular construction business. Specialising in new build works, this contractor’s speciality lies within manufacturing buildings in a controlled environment before being shipped to sites for installation.

With a large site in the Swansea region, this business has the capacity to produce buildings to spec for applications in education, leisure, healthcare, retail, custodial, defence and commercial sectors. 

Having secured several projects under NEC option 3 contracts, a quantity surveyor is now sought to specifically manage the larger of these projects up to £3m in value.

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with:

• Education to degree level in Quantity Surveying and/or Commercial Management
• Member of the RICS
• 5 years post qualification experience
• Excellent knowledge of NEC3 contracts
• Ability to commute to offices in the North York region
