We are working with a specialist Subcontractor supplying fast-track light steel framed solutions to a range of residential and commercial projects.  

Now seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager to manage the relationships between your own and the Client’s Design teams, with a significant input into specifications.  You will be managing a small team of Coordinators who will be supporting the preconstruction activities.

Are you:
* Experienced Preconstruction Manager or Design Manager
* Knowledgeable in cold rolled steel systems
* Able to programme design works and run design team meetings, particularly with the Client’s design teams
* Familiar with tracking variations and liaising with commercial teams
