As the daughter of a Civil Engineer, I have been immersed in the industry from a young age, fuelling my passion for the field.

With this strong background, I transitioned into recruitment in 2021. My dedication and skills led to a rapid progression from Resourcer to Head of Offsite and Modular by 2023.
