Jim Roach

Managing Director and Founder of ARV Solutions

Jim established ARV Solutions in 2003 with a plan to provide high levels of service more often seen in high end “Search and Selection ” rather than contingency recruitment, though still at sensible fee levels, in line with realistic expectations of clients – i.e. to ADD REAL VALUE!

I previously held a senior management role within a national construction recruitment agency, taking the South West and Wales region from small beginnings to building a top-performing team – quite a few of whom went on to run their own agency, or hold senior posts in other recruitment businesses. From there I went to managing a multi-disciplinary recruitment business that taught me far broader recruitment sectors, including manufacturing and engineering. Having taken them through Investors in People and developed the team further, I realised his destiny lay in running a business of my own, where I could implement a new philosophy I felt was overdue in recruitment.

Paul Jacobs, FREC

Associate Director

Paul joined the team in 2011 bringing unparalleled experience in the recruitment sector, to growth and development at ARV Solutions.

Paul works with ARV Solutions to provide strategic direction, coaching and mentoring and to help enhance our business culture and further attract and retain clients, candidates and most importantly colleagues.  He has spent 35 years within the recruitment industry, and is the former Managing Director of Office Angels the UK’s leading office support recruitment consultancy and main Board Director of Adecco UK & Ireland, and Chief Talent Officer/Chief Operating Officer of Hudson UK, Ireland and Middle East, a global professional recruitment services business. 

A well known and high profile figure within the UK recruitment industry, Paul commenced his career at Office Angels as a Branch Manager rapidly moving into Area Manager and Regional Operations Director positions. He became Managing Director in 2001, and grew the network to over 100 branches whilst managing a workforce of 650 staff achieving a turnover of £140m. 

Paul directed Office Angels to win The Sunday Times Top 100 Best Company to Work For in the UK Award, achieving 8th position in 2005 and 2006, and was also awarded Best Company in the UK for Outstanding Workplaces 2006 – 3 stars.

Associate Director

Rob joined ARV Solutions in the autumn of 2015 and brings a wealth of experience within B2B Marketing and Demand Generation.    

I have previously been responsible for large-scale direct marketing campaigns and marketing strategy consultancy. I adopt very modern recruitment techniques and am in touch with the latest candidate attraction methods, especially in relation to Social Media. 

Using my skills in Social Media, Online Marketing and Data Driven Strategy I bring a new edge to ARV Solutions’ candidate attraction and engagement. Since joining ARV Solutions I have achieved my Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Recruitment Practice and am a Member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC). 

Not to be considered a traditional recruiter; my approach to a candidate centric strategy sits well with ARV Solutions’ own culture of a quality and service led approach to recruitment. I have a real passion for the construction industry and keep a keen eye on the latest niche projects both in the UK and overseas.  

In my spare time I can be found in the swimming pool or fighting to keep my balance on one of Bristol’s many mountain bike trails!

Craig Nicholls

Associate Director – Engineering, Manufacturing and Operations

Craig joined ARV Solutions in 2018, bringing with him, 13 years of experience in recruitment.  

In 2005, I was a founding member of an Executive Search company in Bristol, specialising in the engineering design of major infrastructure projects. In addition, I have recruited for Engineering, Finance, M+A, Mining, Environmental businesses in North and South America, Asia, Europe, Africa and the Middle East, typically recruiting salary ranges from £40k to £150k. 

I made a direct approach to Jim Roach at ARV Solutions as Jim’s reputation, culture and leadership style appealed to me. His knowledge in the Offsite Construction sector is second to none, and he has built a credible business, one that I wanted to join and be part of. 

As is the ARV Solutions ethos my approach to recruitment is to be consultative, to help and not to hinder, treat others as I want to be treated and to never be judgmental 

In my spare time, I can be found in the garden talking to my 100 chickens and ducks with my 2 cats, selling the eggs to the village I live in and on occasions to the office, or rocking out at heavy metal concerts and festivals.

Sue Eustace, FREC Cert RP, Assoc CIPD

Associate Director

Sue has been with ARV Solutions since 2008, bringing a wealth of HR and recruitment experience. Sue is highly experienced in recruiting for widespread technical roles, and has in-depth knowledge of the needs of the offsite construction sector. 

I spent five years working with government-funded training for unemployed professionals and Modern Apprenticeships before moving to a large Engineering consultancy where I became involved in recruitment and training for their technical and support staff. I enrolled on the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development Post-Graduate Diploma course in Human Resources Management.  I gained a real taste for recruitment over this period and felt I could offer a different perspective to the recruitment industry, as I knew what I wanted from Recruitment Consultants as an employer.  I joined a large organisation working with Highways and Structural Engineers but after two years realised that whilst I enjoyed recruitment, I wasn’t cut out for the sales-led culture of a traditional recruitment consultancy. 

Lucky for me, Jim was looking for someone who didn’t fit the traditional Recruitment Consultant profile and I’ve been here since June 2008!  I have found it hugely rewarding to get the chance to build strong and long-lasting relationships.   Outside work, I am interested in vintage clothing and classic cars and motorbikes, and am the owner of a Nissan Figaro, winner of a couple of awards from the Owners’ Club.   I am also a football fan, and follow the fortunes/misfortunes of West Ham United.

Graham Brown, FREC

Associate Director - Sales & Marketing Recruitment Specialist

Graham has spent over 35 years within the recruitment industry specialising throughout this time in placing people in Sales & Marketing positions.  Since joining ARV Solutions in 2012 he has enjoyed specialising even further within the offsite, modular, timber frame, timber engineering and modern methods of construction marketplace where he can build on the relationships that have been successfully cultivated over many years. 

It is very refreshing to be working with a close-knit team who genuinely place their clients and applicants first and are passionate about their profession rather than the typical “over the top” attitude of many recruiters.  ARV Solutions share my values of developing long term relationships with candidates and clients through trust, and I am always absolutely delighted when I am approached repeatedly by people to provide them with continuing support and assistance. 

Our membership of the Structural Timber Association, TRADA and the MPBA has allowed me to meet and learn from some of top people within the Offsite Sector as I attend regular meetings and events throughout each year. 

I enjoy both rifle and clay pigeon shooting together with fine wine and good food.

Senior Account Manager

Paul joined ARV Solutions in 2017 and brings with him a wealth of experience within recruitment for construction, including expertise in Executive recruitment. He now heads up our ARV-ADs service.

Up until 2014, I had never worked in recruitment, however I had always worked in people related roles whether this had been Customer Services, Payroll or Employee Services.  

When I did enter the recruitment industry I passed my Certificate in Recruitment Practice within my first 7 months. My approach was always going to be people-focused, whereby both the needs of my client and the career aspirations of my candidates were at the forefront of my mind. 

I utilize a more direct approach to recruitment whereby I identify passive candidates who may not necessarily be seeking a new role. That starts by understanding my clients: their culture, structure and ambition. The same can be said from a candidate’s perspective. I take the time to speak with my candidates to understand their key drivers, career goals and aspirations. This gives me the ability to ensure the best fit culturally for all parties. 

In my spare time, I can be found enjoying numerous sports including Football, Golf, Fishing and Darts as well as spending time with my family.

Phoebe Scott

Account Manager

After completing her A Levels and spending some time working in Retail Phoebe joined ARV Solutions in September 2018 keen to put her passion and drive into a new career and is currently studying NVQ Level 3 Diploma In Recruitment Practice.

ARV Solutions stood out to me as it isn’t like any traditional hard-sell recruitment agency and the unique culture of the office immediately stood out for me. I enjoy learning new information and being able to adapt myself as best as I can to any situation, I relish in the challenge of resourcing and finding the best candidates for our Offsite clients. It’s great to work with a close bunch of people that are passionate about matching candidates with the right job and maintaining great long-term relationships with candidates and clients. I am very excited to see where my future in offsite recruitment progresses. 

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family having them around for dinner parties and dining out. I also enjoy going on road trips with friends blasting out our favourite music. Cooking is also something I love to do in my free time, finding new recipes, and making them my own.

Callum Howard

Senior Account Manager

After 8 years in retail Callum joined ARV Solutions in March 2019 ready to dive into a new career. He is currently studying for his NVQ Level 3 Diploma In Recruitment Practice. 

During my time in retail I learned a lot about management and customer-facing skills, but after 8 years I really wanted to apply my skill set to a new career. 

When I first came across ARV Solutions, I was intrigued by the offsite construction sector, as this wasn’t something I had come across until then. On meeting the team, I knew immediately that this was somewhere that I wanted to be. It’s such a family culture, everyone has each other’s back, and I’ve always thrived in a great team. It’s such an interesting sector and no two days are the same. I have thoroughly enjoyed learning about the recruitment industry as a whole and the niche sector within construction too. I’m very excited about the future here.   

In my spare time I enjoy watching my local football team (although not always enjoyable…), you’ll find me down the ground most Saturdays. I’m a keen traveler too, I get myself on as many holidays and mini-breaks as I can.

Terry Lee

Divisional Lead - Construction

Terry joined ARV Solutions in June 2021 and brings eight years recruitment experience within large construction recruitment businesses. Terry carries a wealth of industry knowledge and experience across a variety of recruitment methods including search and selection.

Over the last eight years I have worked in a variety of recruitment businesses, from a start-up through to large nationals. The constant for me wherever I worked has been the high quality of what I do personally and a focus on repeat business and adding real value to my clients over a number of years.

The ethos and values at ARV Solutions suit my own perfectly. When I spoke to Jim and visited the office to learn more about the business it was almost like I made the place myself! I knew very quickly that this is the environment for me to thrive.

In my spare time I enjoy playing golf, watching football, going to the gym and spending time with my daughter.

Terry Lee joins as Divisional Lead on Construction, to expand our market coverage into  more regional and specialist contracting areas.

Lucy Scott

Office Manager

Lucy joined us in 2017, taking on the role of Office Manager, bringing with her 6 years of Office Management experience.  

I began my career working in Pensions, spending 8 years in customer services before I moved into Office Management. I am very family orientated and the family atmosphere at ARV Solutions held massive appeal for me. I love planning and organisation so this is the perfect role for me, especially working within an organisation that shares my values and dedication to great personal service. 

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my nieces and nephews, researching new places to travel to, and I love making time to cook new recipes and visit restaurants.

After 4 and a half years in Education recruitment Callum joined ARV Solutions in order to continue his career and expand his experience into the construction sector.

I started my recruitment career in the education sector, straight out of University without any prior knowledge of what being a recruitment consultant would involve. Fast forward 4 and a half years and I would now consider myself an established and able Consultant. Following my time in education recruitment I knew I needed to move on, into a new sector in order to further develop my recruitment career.

I joined ARV Solutions as the culture and atmosphere within the office provides me with the perfect environment in order to thrive and further develop both personally and professionally. It seems ARV Solutions also have their approach to recruitment spot on, putting the candidates and clients interests at the forefront of everything to ensure we get the best candidates to our clients. I’m excited to get this next stage of my career going and make my mark on the offsite construction sector!

In my spare time you’ll often find me at the gym, playing football or spending times with friends and family. Never one to turn down a pint down the local with friends and family!

Mo joined the team early in 2013, as a pup.

My role is just to be around for a pat or a hug, and I’m happy to throw in a lick for free!

The benefits package is good – plenty of treats, fresh water, and a lunchtime walk around the local Nature Reserve.

The hours can be a bit long – past my tea time too often!

Deb Roach

Operations Co-ordinator

Deb joined ARV Solutions in January 2022 as Operations Coordinator. Previously, Deb worked for 20 years in independent financial services starting as an Apprentice and working her way to Head of Operations. At the age of 40, she decided to re-train and spent 13 years working in the education and charity sectors.

As wife of ARV Solutions founder, Deb has been involved with the company since its inception in 2003 and previously worked for the organisation in a variety of roles. She has now returned to the company to co-ordinate Operations and promote continuous improvement across many areas of the business.

ARV has been a huge part of my life since Jim set up the company in 2003 and I have really enjoyed seeing how it has grown and developed over the years. At the heart of the company is a culture that is genuinely people-centric, honest, professional and encouraging. This ethos forms a strong basis for decision making in the company and is why I have chosen to join the company and support with continued growth.

During my time in the education and charity sectors I have become a well-being champion and have worked hard in the public sector to develop improvements for both colleagues and families I have supported. I would like to continue to promote this within ARV and broaden the impact this can have on the wider community.

When not working, I love to travel both in this country and further afield. Walking with friends and dogs is a great passion of mine – especially if there is a great view and a pub involved. As a season ticket holder with Bristol Bears Rugby Team, I am often found at Ashton Gate on a Friday night suffering/enjoying a match!

Tommy Winstone

Account Manager

Tommy joins us as a Trainee, having been recommended to apply by a local business entrepreneur, and veteran recruiter! With a couple of years commercial experience under his belt, and sales skills picked up whilst working during his international travels, Tommy is looking to develop his career in recruitment with ARV Solutions.

In the last couple of years I have been travelling and working in Australia. After coming back to the UK I wanted a new challenge and luckily enough, a close family friend put me in touch with ARV Solutions. He couldn’t speak more highly of Jim and ARV Solutions themselves which got me really excited to have a chat with Jim and learn more.

I had never worked in recruitment myself before but had experience in fleet management and also in a sales role in Australia which made me want to apply those similar skills back at home here in the UK.

After talking to Jim and meeting the team in the office the values and the way ARV Solutions work as recruiters really stood out to me massively as it’s very different from the traditional recruitment way and building long lasting relationships and having such a high percentage of repeat business is a core factor here. It’s a very family like culture within the business, and the atmosphere that creates will enable to me to further develop, not only professionally but personally as well.

The offsite construction industry is continuing to blow my mind every single day with how niche and innovative the industry is. I am continuously learning which makes working that much more enjoyable when you love learning about the industry you recruit within. I am excited to get going with ARV Solutions and look forward to the future.

In my spare time I love going to the gym and playing a range of sports such as Rugby and Football. I also enjoy winding down after a busy working week by socialising with friends on the weekend.

Lewis joined ARV in March 2022. Having graduated from Uni in 2021 and working in retail for the past 6 years, he was looking for a new challenge.

I expressed to a few friends that I was applying for jobs in recruitment and my friend Tommy, who already worked at ARV recommended me for a position.

Since joining the company I have felt really welcomed into the friendly environment and the family culture of ARV Solutions. It’s been a huge learning curve for me but everyone has helped me so much with their wealth of expertise and their incredible patience.

In my spare time you can often find me somewhere on the Cornish or Devon coast attempting to surf, but mostly failing. I also really enjoy exploring new cities, taking photos and trying new foods; I try and get away for as many weekends away as I can fit in.

Delighted to welcome Jody to the ARV Team.

I joined ARV in March 2022. I had just finished covering a mat leave after finishing maternity leave of my own, and when the opportunity to get back into recruitment here came up I jumped at the chance. I have been working in various recruitment/support roles since I finished university in 2006. I have covered a wide range of sectors and am enjoying learning all about offsite construction and MMC! The office has a great culture and the team are super friendly.

I have 2 small children, 3 and 1. So, as many mothers to children at nursery I work part time. I’m looking forward to picking up more over the next couple of years as they start school. Other than 2 children to keep me busy, I like watching the watching the Bristol Flyers Basketball team play. And hopefully I will have some spare time one day to start painting and being a bit more creative again!

Marketing and Digital Communications Co-ordinator

Nicole is the newest member of our team joining us in 2022 as our Marketing and Digital Communications Co-ordinator, bringing along a breadth of knowledge and experience within Marketing and Advertising. 

I started my marketing career supporting the recruitment needs of a national hospitality brand, where I gained relevant knowledge of the industry. After spending some time at a global household brand working as a UI designer, I decided to pursue a more varied role within marketing. I am keen to put my previous experience into ARV Solutions and ‘Add Real Value’ to all their recruitment marketing needs! 

I have a real passion for creativity, and my education ranges from Visual Communications to English Literature, and in 2017, I graduated with a Bachelor of the Arts Degree in Drawing and Print. I now spend my spare time as a freelance Artist and Illustrator, creating personalised artwork as either commissioned or collective pieces, which I sell online.

Paul joined ARV Solutions in 2017 and brings with him a wealth of experience within recruitment for construction, including expertise in Executive recruitment. He now heads up our ARV-ADs service.

Up until 2014, I had never worked in recruitment, however I had always worked in people related roles whether this had been Customer Services, Payroll or Employee Services.  

When I did enter the recruitment industry I passed my Certificate in Recruitment Practice within my first 7 months. My approach was always going to be people-focused, whereby both the needs of my client and the career aspirations of my candidates were at the forefront of my mind. 

I utilize a more direct approach to recruitment whereby I identify passive candidates who may not necessarily be seeking a new role. That starts by understanding my clients: their culture, structure and ambition. The same can be said from a candidate’s perspective. I take the time to speak with my candidates to understand their key drivers, career goals and aspirations. This gives me the ability to ensure the best fit culturally for all parties. 

In my spare time, I can be found enjoying numerous sports including Football, Golf, Fishing and Darts as well as spending time with my family.

Phoebe Scott

After completing her A Levels and spending some time working in Retail Phoebe joined ARV Solutions in September 2018 keen to put her passion and drive into a new career and is currently studying NVQ Level 3 Diploma In Recruitment Practice.

ARV Solutions stood out to me as it isn’t like any traditional hard-sell recruitment agency and the unique culture of the office immediately stood out for me. I enjoy learning new information and being able to adapt myself as best as I can to any situation, I relish in the challenge of resourcing and finding the best candidates for our Offsite clients. It’s great to work with a close bunch of people that are passionate about matching candidates with the right job and maintaining great long-term relationships with candidates and clients. I am very excited to see where my future in offsite recruitment progresses. 

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family having them around for dinner parties and dining out. I also enjoy going on road trips with friends blasting out our favourite music. Cooking is also something I love to do in my free time, finding new recipes, and making them my own.

Callum Howard

Senior Account Manager

After 8 years in retail Callum joined ARV Solutions in March 2019 ready to dive into a new career. He is currently studying for his NVQ Level 3 Diploma In Recruitment Practice. 

During my time in retail I learned a lot about management and customer-facing skills, but after 8 years I really wanted to apply my skill set to a new career. 

When I first came across ARV Solutions, I was intrigued by the offsite construction sector, as this wasn’t something I had come across until then. On meeting the team, I knew immediately that this was somewhere that I wanted to be. It’s such a family culture, everyone has each other’s back, and I’ve always thrived in a great team. It’s such an interesting sector and no two days are the same. I have thoroughly enjoyed learning about the recruitment industry as a whole and the niche sector within construction too. I’m very excited about the future here.   

In my spare time I enjoy watching my local football team (although not always enjoyable…), you’ll find me down the ground most Saturdays. I’m a keen traveler too, I get myself on as many holidays and mini-breaks as I can.

Terry Lee

Divisional Lead - Construction

Terry joined ARV Solutions in June 2021 and brings eight years recruitment experience within large construction recruitment businesses. Terry carries a wealth of industry knowledge and experience across a variety of recruitment methods including search and selection.

Over the last eight years I have worked in a variety of recruitment businesses, from a start-up through to large nationals. The constant for me wherever I worked has been the high quality of what I do personally and a focus on repeat business and adding real value to my clients over a number of years.

The ethos and values at ARV Solutions suit my own perfectly. When I spoke to Jim and visited the office to learn more about the business it was almost like I made the place myself! I knew very quickly that this is the environment for me to thrive.

In my spare time I enjoy playing golf, watching football, going to the gym and spending time with my daughter.

Terry Lee joins as Divisional Lead on Construction, to expand our market coverage into  more regional and specialist contracting areas.

Office Manager

Lucy joined us in 2017, taking on the role of Office Manager, bringing with her 6 years of Office Management experience.  

I began my career working in Pensions, spending 8 years in customer services before I moved into Office Management. I am very family orientated and the family atmosphere at ARV Solutions held massive appeal for me. I love planning and organisation so this is the perfect role for me, especially working within an organisation that shares my values and dedication to great personal service. 

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my nieces and nephews, researching new places to travel to, and I love making time to cook new recipes and visit restaurants.

Callum Nickells

After 4 and a half years in Education recruitment Callum joined ARV Solutions in order to continue his career and expand his experience into the construction sector.

I started my recruitment career in the education sector, straight out of University without any prior knowledge of what being a recruitment consultant would involve. Fast forward 4 and a half years and I would now consider myself an established and able Consultant. Following my time in education recruitment I knew I needed to move on, into a new sector in order to further develop my recruitment career.

I joined ARV Solutions as the culture and atmosphere within the office provides me with the perfect environment in order to thrive and further develop both personally and professionally. It seems ARV Solutions also have their approach to recruitment spot on, putting the candidates and clients interests at the forefront of everything to ensure we get the best candidates to our clients. I’m excited to get this next stage of my career going and make my mark on the offsite construction sector!

My role is just to be around for a pat or a hug, and I’m happy to throw in a lick for free!

The benefits package is good – plenty of treats, fresh water, and a lunchtime walk around the local Nature Reserve.

The hours can be a bit long – past my tea time too often!

Deb Roach

Operations Co-ordinator

Deb joined ARV Solutions in January 2022 as Operations Coordinator. Previously, Deb worked for 20 years in independent financial services starting as an Apprentice and working her way to Head of Operations. At the age of 40, she decided to re-train and spent 13 years working in the education and charity sectors.

As wife of ARV Solutions founder, Deb has been involved with the company since its inception in 2003 and previously worked for the organisation in a variety of roles. She has now returned to the company to co-ordinate Operations and promote continuous improvement across many areas of the business.

ARV has been a huge part of my life since Jim set up the company in 2003 and I have really enjoyed seeing how it has grown and developed over the years. At the heart of the company is a culture that is genuinely people-centric, honest, professional and encouraging. This ethos forms a strong basis for decision making in the company and is why I have chosen to join the company and support with continued growth.

During my time in the education and charity sectors I have become a well-being champion and have worked hard in the public sector to develop improvements for both colleagues and families I have supported. I would like to continue to promote this within ARV and broaden the impact this can have on the wider community.

When not working, I love to travel both in this country and further afield. Walking with friends and dogs is a great passion of mine – especially if there is a great view and a pub involved. As a season ticket holder with Bristol Bears Rugby Team, I am often found at Ashton Gate on a Friday night suffering/enjoying a match!

Tommy Winstone

Account Manager

Tommy joins us as a Trainee, having been recommended to apply by a local business entrepreneur, and veteran recruiter! With a couple of years commercial experience under his belt, and sales skills picked up whilst working during his international travels, Tommy is looking to develop his career in recruitment with ARV Solutions.

In the last couple of years I have been travelling and working in Australia. After coming back to the UK I wanted a new challenge and luckily enough, a close family friend put me in touch with ARV Solutions. He couldn’t speak more highly of Jim and ARV Solutions themselves which got me really excited to have a chat with Jim and learn more.

I had never worked in recruitment myself before but had experience in fleet management and also in a sales role in Australia which made me want to apply those similar skills back at home here in the UK.

After talking to Jim and meeting the team in the office the values and the way ARV Solutions work as recruiters really stood out to me massively as it’s very different from the traditional recruitment way and building long lasting relationships and having such a high percentage of repeat business is a core factor here. It’s a very family like culture within the business, and the atmosphere that creates will enable to me to further develop, not only professionally but personally as well.

The offsite construction industry is continuing to blow my mind every single day with how niche and innovative the industry is. I am continuously learning which makes working that much more enjoyable when you love learning about the industry you recruit within. I am excited to get going with ARV Solutions and look forward to the future.

In my spare time I love going to the gym and playing a range of sports such as Rugby and Football. I also enjoy winding down after a busy working week by socialising with friends on the weekend.

Lewis joined ARV in March 2022. Having graduated from Uni in 2021 and working in retail for the past 6 years, he was looking for a new challenge.

I expressed to a few friends that I was applying for jobs in recruitment and my friend Tommy, who already worked at ARV recommended me for a position.

Since joining the company I have felt really welcomed into the friendly environment and the family culture of ARV Solutions. It’s been a huge learning curve for me but everyone has helped me so much with their wealth of expertise and their incredible patience.

In my spare time you can often find me somewhere on the Cornish or Devon coast attempting to surf, but mostly failing. I also really enjoy exploring new cities, taking photos and trying new foods; I try and get away for as many weekends away as I can fit in.

Delighted to welcome Jody to the ARV Team.

I joined ARV in March 2022. I had just finished covering a mat leave after finishing maternity leave of my own, and when the opportunity to get back into recruitment here came up I jumped at the chance. I have been working in various recruitment/support roles since I finished university in 2006. I have covered a wide range of sectors and am enjoying learning all about offsite construction and MMC! The office has a great culture and the team are super friendly.

I have 2 small children, 3 and 1. So, as many mothers to children at nursery I work part time. I’m looking forward to picking up more over the next couple of years as they start school. Other than 2 children to keep me busy, I like watching the watching the Bristol Flyers Basketball team play. And hopefully I will have some spare time one day to start painting and being a bit more creative again!

Marketing and Digital Communications Co-ordinator

Nicole is the newest member of our team joining us in 2022 as our Marketing and Digital Communications Co-ordinator, bringing along a breadth of knowledge and experience within Marketing and Advertising. 

I started my marketing career supporting the recruitment needs of a national hospitality brand, where I gained relevant knowledge of the industry. After spending some time at a global household brand working as a UI designer, I decided to pursue a more varied role within marketing. I am keen to put my previous experience into ARV Solutions and ‘Add Real Value’ to all their recruitment marketing needs! 

I have a real passion for creativity, and my education ranges from Visual Communications to English Literature, and in 2017, I graduated with a Bachelor of the Arts Degree in Drawing and Print. I now spend my spare time as a freelance Artist and Illustrator, creating personalised artwork as either commissioned or collective pieces, which I sell online. 

The staff at ARV Solutions are aligned to our requirements and have a very good understanding of our needs which enables the correct type of candidate to be presented to us.
