Leading manufacturer of fast-track building systems now seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join their operation in Essex. 

Your role will involve: 

  • Creating and working to detailed PPM schedule which will include mechanical and electrical equipment and machinery
  • Responding to reactive maintenance requests
  • Maintaining accurate logs and records and creating reports to Senior Management
  • Assisting colleagues in various delivery and improvement projects
  • Carrying out effective maintenance and supporting OEMs as required
  • Liaising with and supervising external maintenance providers to follow standards and procedures

Do you have:

  • Proven knowledge and experience as Maintenance Engineer or Maintenance Technician with electrical and mechanical machinery, including robotics and automation
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety & Safe Systems of Work 
  • Excellent teamworking as well as the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Recognised qualifications in both electrical and mechanical disciplines
  • If you have some knowledge of the building products sector this would be beneficial
