Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Leicestershire  

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000

Are you a keen to oversee a production and manufacturing team?

We are currently working with a leading timber frame manufacturer who are looking a production manager to join their team and help manage a fast-paced environment with staff management and Production output/quality.

Your experience working as a Production Manager within the off-site construction sector (timber frame, engineered timber or modular) would be highly advantageous, however, we are open to talking to people from a range of different sectors as training will be provided. 

Your responsibilities as a Production Manager:

  • Implement robust operations quality processes
  • Lead and manage a large production team, offering training and guidance
  • Quality Control
  • Ensuring H&S across the factory
  • Stakeholder management
  • Oversee stock management
  • Continuous improvement, sharing best practices across all sites

We would welcome conversations with Production Managers who have:

  • Management experience
  • Leadership and communication skills
  • Experience across Timber frame, timber roof truss and joists or modular 
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workloads
