Business Development Manager – Timber Frame
Salary: Up to £50,000 (DOE)
Package: Car/Car Allowance and Bonus

About the Role

  • You will be joining a market leader who, after recent investment are rapidly growing, and therefore recruiting for a Business Development Manager.
  • They have new facilities, machinery and an in-house design team in place to really push forward this growth.
  • Hybrid working pattern (4 days at home/ on the road with 1 day in the office)
  • 3 o`clock Friday finish

The company work closely with House builders, Housing Associations and Contractors.

Ideally, you have a background in Timber Frame but candidates from Steel Frame, Modular or Timber Products will also be considered.

Key Skills for the Business Development Manager role:

– Timber Frame experience
– Experience working with another building solution considered
– Proven track record in sales
– Existing relationships with the likes of Housing Associations, Contractors and House Builders would be advantageous
– Client relationship management
