Are you a structural engineer with steel work experience? Are you looking support towards your chartership, in a company that offers clear career development?

We are working with a steelwork fabricator who is looking to expand their team due to the increasing workload. You will be working on a wide variety of projects, commercial, residential, education, and industrial within a well-established company where employee turnover is extremely low.

As a Structural Engineer you will:

  • Responsible for producing design calculations for steelwork structures.
  • Produce competitive tender designs for our Pre-Construction Department.
  • Identify and resolve structural design challenges through creative problem-solving and engineering judgment.
  • Assist in preparing project proposals, budgets, and timelines, providing technical input as required

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in structural design and analysis ideally in steelwork.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and standards.
