Job Title: Site Manager Location: Newmarket, Suffolk Salary: £250 per day, depending on experience Sector: Modular/Panelised (MMC)

• Are you a site manager with experience with the supply and installation of offsite construction systems?
• Are you seeking a 6 month (approx) contract role with a growing business?

You will be managing and overseeing the project. As part of the core site team, you can expect to work closely with subcontract labour to ensure that the project is delivered safely on time and budget.

We are seeking candidates with direct experience working within the Civils/MMC/Timber sector as a Site Manager. You will be joining a company that a working towards netzero with their product. They are a small but growing business with exciting plans

Responsibilities:

• Working on a Residential project in Newmarket
• Ensure all site staff are adhering to health and safety procedures
• Be actively involved in pre-start, progress and handover meetings

We would welcome conversations with candidates who:

• Hold CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid tickets
• Have a strong working knowledge of full turnkey MMC projects
• Posses strong planning skills and the ability to ‘look ahead’ on-site programmes and anticipate challenges
• Can bring good experience in managing sub-contractors and site-based labour
• Are comfortable representing the firm in site-based progress meetings
