Job Title: Site Manager 

Location: National 

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + Car Allowance

Sector: Light Gauge Steel Framing (MMC)

• Are you a site manager with experience with supply and install of offsite construction systems?
• Are you seeking a permanently employed role with growing business?

You will be managing the site install of Light Gauge steel. As part of the core site team, you can expect to work closely with sub contract labour to ensure that the project is delivered safely, on time and on budget.

We are seeking candidates with direct experience of working within the MMC sector as a Site Manager. You will be joining a firm with a healthy pipeline of projects across country with a large project in the South West.

Responsibilities:

• Manage sites across the country working on large light gauge steel projects.
• Ensure all site staff are adhering to health and safety procedures
• Be actively involved in pre-start, progress and handover meetings 

We would welcome conversations with candidates who:

• Hold CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid tickets
• Have a strong working knowledge of full turnkey MMC projects
• Posses strong planning skills and the ability to ‘look ahead’ on site programmes and anticipate challenges
• Can bring good experience of managing sub-contractors and site based labour
• Are comfortable in representing the firm in site-based progress meetings with a main contractor client base
