Join a leading timber frame manufacturer as a Shift Manager, leading production across two automated manufacturing lines. Reporting to the Factory Manager, you’ll manage five Team Leaders, driving safety, quality and production performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Working a Monday–Thursday day shift (approximately 06:00–16:00, 37.5 hours), this is a great opportunity for an experienced manufacturing leader looking to join a growing business.

As a Shift Manager you will:

  • Lead production to safety, quality and output targets working closely with Planning and Logistics
  • Hold management responsibility for Team Leaders
  • Monitor KPIs for productivity, waste and downtime, driving continuous improvement and operational performance
  • Coordinate labour, materials and machinery

About you:

  • Management or supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong people management and communication skills, experienced in managing KPIs and health & safety
  • Experience from offsite/MMC manufacturing environment (timber frame, modular, volumetric)
  • Lean Manufacturing, CNC (Hundegger) knowledge or IOSH qualification would be advantageous.
