Seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to take ownership of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality performance across their manufacturing operations to play a pivotal role in maintaining company-wide standards, driving continuous improvement, leading compliance initiatives and fostering a culture where safety and quality are never compromised. This is an influential position for a confident HSEQ professional who wants to make a genuine impact.
As HSEQ Manager you will be:
- Leading the company’s Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality strategy across manufacturing operations
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, industry standards and best practice
- Maintaining and continuously improving ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems
- Carrying out risk assessments, investigations and corrective actions as well as delivering training and maintaining a culture committed to the standards
- Managing internal and external audits, ensuring ongoing compliance and operational excellence
- Driving environmental and sustainability initiatives across the business
About you:
- Proven HSEQ Manager experience within a manufacturing, engineering or industrial environment
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and environmental compliance requirements
- Experience managing ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems
- Skilled in auditing, risk management, incident investigation and continuous improvement
- Ability to influence all levels of the business and drive positive behavioural change throughout an organisation
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- NEBOSH qualification or equivalent professional certification
If you also have experience within modular construction, off-site manufacturing or related industries and/or knowledge of VCA requirements and compliance frameworks this would be highly advantageous
As HSEQ Manager you can expect:
