Sales Manager – Construction Sector

Location: Hull (on-site)
Salary: £50,000 + Car + Uncapped Bonus

The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth with tier 1 and 2 contractors, developers, and public sector clients. You’ll be building relationships, winning contracts, and delivering results in a high-demand sector. With a strong base salary, company car, and uncapped commission, this role offers serious earning potential.


What You’ll Do

  • Win new business with main contractors, developers, and public sector clients.

  • Build long-term, trusted relationships across multiple sectors.

  • Take ownership of the full sales cycle – from lead generation to contract win.

  • Sell on value and solutions, not just price.

  • Represent the business at client meetings, site visits, and industry events.


What You’ll Bring

  • Proven success selling into tier 1 or 2 contractors (construction products, systems, or services).

  • Strong understanding of the UK construction market and procurement cycles.

  • Consultative, solutions-focused approach with excellent negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially sharp.

  • Full UK driving licence.
