Business Development Manager 

Circa £50,000 ote £100,000 + plus Car Allowance

Business Development Manager now required to join an international company who manufacturer steel products for Oil and Gas, Petrochem industry.

This is a fantastic opportunity to sell high end solutions with typical project values of between £500k – £10m. .

The Role

You will be selling products to the likes of Woods, Honeywell, McDermott, Ineos, ExxonMobil, BASF, Shell, Total Energies, BP, Dow used in/on installation at refineries, production facilities, power generation plants and offshore facilities.

You will work as part of a small specialist team in the UK but backed up by a far larger teams in Europe, USA and the Middle East. You will be working closely with the team to help you secure, win business. You will get all UK enquiries to work on and in addition you will be expected to hunt down and tender for new business projects.

About you

Able to adapt and learn new products (training and support will be available)

You must have a strong track record of selling products to the Oil & Gas, Petrochem industry.

* A basic salary circa £50,000 (DOE)

* Truly a fantastic commission scheme – 3 orders at the lower order value of £2.5M = OVER £50,000 in commission and the scheme is open ended

* The direct input and great support from your boss who will help you close enquiries once the initial “spade work” has been done
