You will be working in a niche consultancy that specialises in modern, cutting-edge construction systems. Your role will be to source candidates for vacancies in this market, taking a pro-active approach to finding and selecting the best available people from around the UK.

 

You will be helping us to recruit for unique and interesting projects which utilise modern building systems such as engineered timber, volumetric modular and panelised building systems. No one day will be the same as you speak with a wide variety of people like designers, project managers, sales people, manufacturing managers and executive level candidates.

The Role:

 

  • Engage with candidates from our in-house data base of 100k+ people
  • Search external job boards and media channels for new candidates
  • Speak with candidates to understand their motivations and suitability for vacancies
  • Manage candidates through the interview process
  • Maintain long term relationships with key candidates
  • Map out new markets to gain intelligence and information
  • Engage with people via telephone, email, text and video messaging
