I am working with a marking leading offsite manufacturer who are looking to employee a permanent quantity surveyor to join the commercial team.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the financial management of full turnkey projects, from procurement to final accounts. Working closely with the wider project and sales teams, this is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward-thinking contractor delivering high-quality, highly technical, full turnkey solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project costs, ensuring budgets are maintained and value is maximised.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and contract administration.
• Conduct valuations, variations, and final account negotiations.
• Work closely with the project team to ensure efficient cost control and reporting.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor with previous experiences dealing with high value projects
• Knowledge of full turnkey construction projects is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A background in working on data centre / groundworks contracts would be beneficial.
