Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £65,000 – £70,000

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in new build housing development?

Would you enjoy working for an ambitious company with scope to grow?

We have been appointed on an exclusive basis to speak to experienced quantity surveyors with a background in new build residential development. Working on projects as both the principal contractor and sub contractor you will taking on contracts across mainly JCT form and ensuring that all projects are delivered on budget and mitigated from any risks. 

As a quantity surveyor your duties will include:

  • Review all contracts to ensure profitability
  • Attend meetings with clients and sub contractors
  • Identify further scope of works
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget
  • Procurement of sub contractors & materials

We would welcome conversations with quantity surveyors who:

  • Have a background in new build residential development
  • Possess a strong understanding of commercial management
  • Can communicate clearly across all levels, both internally and externally
  • Are able to work to different forms of contract – JCT mainly
  • Hold experience in tendering and procurement
  • Possess an ambitious attitude with the eagerness to develop their career
