Job Title: Project Manager – 6 Month FTC (Potential to go perm)
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + Car Allowance & Package – Pro Rata
Location: Leeds (Nationwide Travel)
Sector: Modular Construction

Are you an experienced Project manager who’s experienced in delivering full turnkey modular projects?
Are you interested in joining an innovative, international healthcare provider?

I am looking to speak to experienced project managers to join an expanding modular healthcare specialist who due to growth, are looking to expand on the team. They are a market leader in providing offsite solutions to the healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Taking overall responsibility of the planning and delivery of large scale projects for it’s whole lifecycle.
• Give onsite leadership to ensure the best results are delivered.
• Managing budgets, programme times, risks, cost management and quality results.
• Managing the health and safety and compliance on site.
• Having clear liaison between a range of stakeholders and the client.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of delivering full turnkey Healthcare projects (Modular experience would be preferred)
• Experienced in managing budgets and programming
• Multi site management experience
• Strong IT experience
• Relevant construction related degree
