:: Do you have proven process improvement experience whilst maintaining your people skills?

This is a great opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of work. As Head of Production, you will have overall responsibility for the 40,000sq ft production facility, ensuring output targets are met whilst seeking opportunities to improve processes to increase output and productivity and reduce waste.  Due to the size of the operation it’s particularly hands-on and you can expect it will be demanding although ultimately very rewarding.

Key tasks:

• Ensure manufacturing processes run efficiently, seeking to improve efficiencies
• Manage approximately 40-50 directly employed factory staff
• Oversee all health and safety policies
• Plan and organise all production schedules

Are you:

• Experienced in manufacturing (bespoke projects)
• Able to manage large, multiple production teams using good motivational skills
• Hold good knowledge of lean & six sigma methodologies
• Committed to a continuous improvement culture
• Knowledgeable in implementing processes to improve output
