Are you a Senior Revit Technician looking to step into a management position?

We are collaborating with one of the pioneering Certified B Corporations in the modular construction industry, who are seeking a dedicated Senior Revit Technician to join their team. This company is at the forefront of sustainability and innovation, providing both private and social housing solutions.

As a Senior Revit Technician, you will:

  • Providing key input at Tender, Design for Construction and Module Delivery.
  • Managing the Production Design Team, monitoring and planning workload, output, quality and talent development.
  • Producing accurate and precise DfMA drawings.
  • Working closely with the Production Team.
  • Leading on the Quality Assurance and document control for the output of the Department.
  • Review of supplier quotations, checking for accuracy and compliance.
  • Spearheading compliance with Building Regulations.

What we are looking for:

  • Degree-level qualification in Architecture, or similar.
  • Proficiency in the use Autodesk Revit.
  • Experience of working from RIBA Stage 2 – 6.
  • Knowledge of offsite, timber or modular, is desirable.
