Job Title: Estimator
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 DOE
Location: Liverpool
Sector: New Build Housing

Are you an experienced Estimator with a background in delivering new build housing?
Would you like to work for a business who are changing the way we are building our homes?

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Estimator to join a business who are delivering new build housing projects with a twist. You will be responsible for new build housing schemes up to the value of £25million, delivering projects for private developers & registered providers across the North West.

We would welcome conversations with Estimators who:

  • Have a background in new build housing, working as the developer
  • Can perform take offs to a high level, reading from AutoCAD & Bluebeam drawings
  • Are comfortable in presenting tenders & quotes directly to the client
  • Will communicate across all levels to a high standard
  • Possess a willingness to travel to sites when required
