Job Title: Estimator
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000

Are you a construction Estimator with a background in pricing new build projects?
Would you thrive working for a leading manufacturer in the offsite construction sector?

We’re working with one of the UK’s largest offsite construction manufacturers, offering an exciting opportunity for an Estimator to join their pre-construction team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing detailed cost plans and take-offs using AutoCAD and Excel, working on projects primarily in the education and healthcare sectors. With a Tier 1 contractor client base and a highly experienced team, this is a fantastic environment to grow your career.

We’d love to hear from Estimators who:

  • Have experience pricing new build construction projects

  • Can confidently produce take-offs from technical drawings

  • Are eager to learn and develop within a supportive team

  • Are comfortable presenting quotes and tenders to clients

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

  • Are proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and ideally Revit
