Role: Contracts Manager

Sector: Timber Frame

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + Company Car & Package

Are you an experienced in managing multiple concurrent projects?

Would you enjoy overseeing a varied range of timber structures?

I am working closely with a timber structures contractor who are looking to employ a contracts manager on a permanent basis. Due to a strong pipeline, this role has come up through growth and you will join an existing team of contracts managers overseeing a range of timber installs.

You will need to have strong multi site management and excellent communication skills to liaise with a whole host of clientel. The projects will vary from multi unit residential sites to bespoke commercial builds.

About you:

• Hold valid CSCS and SMSTS
• Previous Multi site management experience
• Strong communication and IT skills
• Sub contractor management experience
