Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + Vehicle Arrangement

Are you an experienced timber frame contracts manager?

Would you enjoy working for a large corporation delivering high quality residential solutions nationally?

This is a very exciting opportunity to work for one of the largest house builders in the UK. Working alongside multiple different departments of the business, you will play a key part in the successful delivery of timber frame units across the North East. Ensuring timber kits are being delivered on time and to budget, you will be expected to work from & write strict construction programmes.

We would welcome conversations with timber frame contracts managers who:

  • Have a solid background delivering timber frame projects
  • Are able to work to strict deadlines
  • Can manage sub contractors and client expectations
  • Possess experience in contracts management, looking at any discrepancies in internal contracts
  • Are willing to travel to sites in the region when necessary
  • Hold valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualifications
