Job Title: Contracts Manager
Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 + Car Allowance
Location: Midlands/National Projects

Are you an experienced contracts manager with experience in managing teams of project managers?
Would you enjoy helping drive the project management team forward with improved processes?
We have been appointed on an exclusive basis to speak to experienced contracts managers within the façade or MMC sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business who are one of the market leaders in their field. As a contracts manager you will be responsible for managing, mentoring & guiding a team of project managers who are delivering projects Nationally for a tier 1 contractor client base.
Your background in managing project management teams will be essential as you will be expected to mentor and guide project managers through the full project life cycle as well as streamlining the reporting process between project managers and the board of directors.
As a Contracts Manager you will:

Manage & develop a team of project managers

Create build programmes to a high standard

Report back to the board of directors on a monthly basis on project progress

Travel to sites around the UK

Oversee the full project life cycle, inception through to handover
We would welcome conversations with Contracts Managers who:

Have a background in delivering façade projects for a tier 1 contractor client base

Will be able to manage a diverse team
-
Can demonstrate a background in building & maintaining client relationships

Are able to create monthly reports on project updates

Have experience using different software’s such as Asta powerproject & MS Office

Possess the willingness to travel Nationally for projects when required
In return you can expect:
