A leading manufacturer within the Timber Frame market is currently recruiting for a project administrator to oversee a range of different projects within the timber space. You will be office based, taking the lead on administrative responsibilities ensuring all paperwork, reports and other data is up to date and organised for each project you are working on. 

This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about the construction sector with the business happy to assist you in personal growth, with the option to develop into a trainee project manager. The successful candidate can expect to work across a number of live projects at any one time, working closely with the construction team and other internal office teams.

The Role:

  • Responsible for administrative functions working closely with project managers on project paperwork, reports etc
  • Maintain project files and reports both digitally and physically
  • Coordinates and attends weekly project meetings
  • Involved in the distribution of subcontracts & purchase orders.
  • Maintain communication with a range of different internal stakeholders

About you:

  • Able to manage and organise a number of documents and reports for various projects at once effectively
  • Take initiative in ensuring activities are complete and schedules are met
  • A motivated individual who wants to learn and succeed
  • Effective communication skills with operatives; clients and colleagues
  • IT proficient and able to use a range of software’s and Microsoft packages
