Job Title: Estimator
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 DOE

Are you an experienced estimator looking to join a growing offsite construction business?
Would you like to work for a business who operate across both residential & commercial projects?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business who are delivering high value design and build contracts across an array of sectors. They are currently seeking an estimator to join the team who will be the sole estimator and will need to be comfortable in dealing with tenders of high value with good commercial acumen who can help drive business growth.
If you want to work for a business that offers innovative solutions, delivering sustainable offsite construction methods to a range of contractors across the UK then this could be the role for you. We are open to talking to people from an experienced Estimating background and if you had experience within a Quantity Surveying role aswell then this would be beneficial. The business have scope to move quickly to hire on this role with interview dates set for as early as the week commencing 24th June.
Your responsibilities:
- Produce detailed quotations from construction drawings
- Ensure tenders are submitted on time to a high standard
- Liaise closely with the sales and senior leadership teams
- Comfortable in tendering for projects of large value
- Create and improve the estimating process
We would welcome conversations with estimators who:
- Have a strong background in estimating, QS experience would also be advantageous
- Strong numerical and spreadsheet skills
- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications
- Proven experience within estimating within a relevant construction field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
