Are you an experience commercial professional with a background in both JCT & NEC forms of contract?

Would you like to work for a large, established contractor delivering projects across a range of different sectors?

On behalf of our client, we are looking to speak to experience Commercial Managers who ideally have a background in construction. You will be responsible for the management of both JCT & NEC forms of contract across a wide range of different projects, up to the value of £20million, including; rail, bridges, infrastructure & commercial new build projects. Working alongside an established commercial team, you can expect support across all levels and growth within your career!

We would welcome conversations with Commercial Managers who:

  • Have experience in administering JCT & NEC forms of contracts
  • Are able to communicate across all levels
  • Will travel to projects across the South East when required
  • Can manage commercial performance of each project
  • Possess an understanding of different software packages
