Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Salary: Up to £80,000 DOE
Location: Gloucestershire/Hybrid
Sector: Offsite Construction

Are you an experienced sub contractors quantity surveyor within construction?
Would you enjoy working for a family run business who really put their people first?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a family run business who operate within the offsite construction sector. You will be working on large commercial & residential projects across the UK for a tier 1 contractor client base.

Your knowledge working as a sub contractors QS will be essential as you will be expected to manage variations & contract negotiations with a tier 1 contractor client base.

We would welcome conversations with Quantity Surveyors who:

  • Have a background delivering projects as a sub contractor
  • Possess an understanding of different contract forms such as JCT & NEC
  • Are able to communicate across all levels both internally & externally
  • Can demonstrate ability across different software packages
  • Are willing to travel to sites Nationally when required
