Architectural Technician – Fully Remote (UK-Based)
Rate: Up to £45 per hour

We are acting on behalf of a well-established architectural practice that is seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join their team on a fully remote basis, working from anywhere in the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong professional looking for flexible, remote work on a range of live architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Producing detailed technical drawings and construction packages
• Preparing planning and building regulations drawings
• Working closely with architects and consultants remotely
• Amending and coordinating drawings throughout project stages

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an Architectural Technician within the UK
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• High attention to detail and strong technical capability
