Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a background delivering engineered timber projects or timber frame projects?
Would you enjoy working for a business delivering a wide range of projects?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business who are delivering engineered timber projects across residential & commercial sectors. You will be delivering projects for both private clients and main contractor clients up to the value of £2million. Your experience in either glulam, CLT or timber frame structures will be essential as you will be expected to provide technical knowledge & feedback to sub contractors and clients to ensure a smooth & safe delivery process.

We would welcome conversations with Contracts Managers who:

  • Possess a background in timber structures (CLT, Glulam or Timber Frame)
  • Can manage multiple projects simultaneously, all at different stages
  • Will work closely with internal departments including commercial, design & production
  • Have experience working for main contractor clients
  • Hold valid SMSTS, CSCS Black & First Aid
  • Are willing to travel for projects when required and visit South Yorkshire based offices
