Are you an experienced offsite construction project manager?
Would you enjoy working with a successful, entrepreneurial SME?

As the project manager, you will play a pivotal role in taking on timber frame, light gauge steel & SIPS projects ranging in value from £20k – £750k. After almost 15 years in business, this owner managed company has established itself as a strong business unit, now seeking an experienced project manager to help take things forward.

You will be working with a mix of end user and contractor clients across the offsite space working with different panelised systems. This is a role that will see you working on projects from inception through to completion, meeting with clients to understand their designs & costs so an understanding of technical stages of projects is a must!

With the current management team looking to move the business forward at a rapid rate, this is a fantastic opportunity for you to really put your stamp on things and take ownership of each project!

We would welcome conversations with project managers who:

  • Demonstrate a background in offsite construction – timber frame, timber engineering, light gauge steel or SIPS
  • Able to take projects from design stages through to on site delivery
  • Possess strong communication & reporting skills
  • Are career minded with ambitions to grow in their role
  • Can work at pace and to a high standard of accuracy

The successful candidate can expect:
