Job Title: Senior Estimator – Cladding
Salary: £65,000 – £75,000
Location: Bristol – North

The Role:

You’ll lead estimating for key projects, producing accurate, profitable cost plans that secure contracts and keep our projects on track. Work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver top-quality tenders and smooth pre-construction handovers.

 

What You’ll Bring:

 

  • 5+ years’ estimating experience in construction (reading drawings, take-offs, subcontract documents).
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex information and provide practical solutions.
  • A collaborative, adaptable approach and a sense of humour.
  • Knowledge of Eque2 Evaluate is a bonus.
