Are you a Structural Engineer with experience in modular or offsite construction?
Would you like to take a leading role in the structural delivery of innovative modular projects across the UK & Ireland?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a national modular contractor at their Northern Ireland office, where you’ll be part of an established technical team working on high-profile framework projects across education, healthcare, and commercial sectors.
As a Structural Engineer you will:
- Design structural systems for modular projects across education, healthcare, and commercial sectors.
- Carry out structural analysis to ensure strength, stability, and compliance under a range of conditions.
- Produce accurate technical drawings, calculations, and design documentation using industry-standard software.
- Undertake site inspections to monitor construction progress and resolve structural issues.
- Ensure all designs comply with Eurocodes, building regulations, and health & safety standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to integrate structural solutions into overall project plans.
- Provide technical guidance during planning and construction phases to support project delivery.
We would welcome conversations with Structural Engineers who:
- Are Chartered with IStructE or ICE (essential)
- Have proven experience in modular, offsite, or new build structural design
- Possess strong knowledge of Eurocodes, Building Regulations, and structural software
- Communicate effectively across teams and with stakeholders
- Deliver practical, efficient, and commercially aware structural solutions
