Sales Manager – Construction Sector
Location: Hull (on-site)
Salary: £50,000 + Car + Uncapped Bonus
The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth with tier 1 and 2 contractors, developers, and public sector clients. You’ll be building relationships, winning contracts, and delivering results in a high-demand sector. With a strong base salary, company car, and uncapped commission, this role offers serious earning potential.
What You’ll Do

Win new business with main contractors, developers, and public sector clients.

Build long-term, trusted relationships across multiple sectors.

Take ownership of the full sales cycle – from lead generation to contract win.

Sell on value and solutions, not just price.

Represent the business at client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
What You’ll Bring

Proven success selling into tier 1 or 2 contractors (construction products, systems, or services).

Strong understanding of the UK construction market and procurement cycles.

Consultative, solutions-focused approach with excellent negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially sharp.

Full UK driving licence.
