We’re recruiting a Sales Manager for a leading national modular contractor, delivering high-quality, building regulation-compliant structures across the UK. This is a high-impact, flexible role where you’ll help shape new regional divisions and drive sales across the education and healthcare sectors. You’ll be the face of the business in client relationships, frameworks, and key bids—backed by a strong delivery team and a trusted brand in modular.

The Role:

– Lead UK-wide sales across healthcare, education, and government sectors – Develop new client relationships and win major projects – Support the launch and growth of new UK divisions – Work closely with estimating, commercial, and delivery teams – Remote-based with regular travel to sites and clients

What You’ll Bring:

– Proven modular/offsite construction sales experience – Knowledge of education, healthcare, or framework contracts – Strong client network and commercial focus – Self-motivated and confident driving growth independently
