Job Title: Head Of Construction
Salary: c. £75,000 – £85,000 + Car Allowance
Location: East Midlands/National Projects
Sector: Offsite Construction

Are you an experienced senior manager with a background in cold rolled framing solutions?
Would you enjoy leading a team of site managers on new build projects?

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Head Of Construction to join a business with a fantastic pipeline of work and manage a team of established site managers to deliver new build projects across both the residential and commercial sectors. Your background in light gauge steel or SFS will be essential to successfully fulfil this role as you will be expected to liaise with clients on technical queries of the installation phases.

We would welcome conversations with candidates who:

  • Have a significant background in delivering cold rolled framing solutions
  • Can manage teams of experienced site managers
  • Are able to communicate across all levels
  • Possess the ability to create and follow construction programmes
  • Will be willing to travel 2/3 times per week to East Midlands offices and National projects when required
