It was an informative and useful day for ARV Solutions, exhibiting at the Modular and Portable Building Association (MPBA) National Conference at the National Memorial Arboretum.
Jim Roach and Tommy Winstone were on hand throughout the day to network, learn and advise on all things recruitment and staffing. Really useful to update on industry trends, meet new candidates, gain leads and vacancies! Our Salary Guide was a popular pick up at the stand, giving essential insights for job seekers and employers alike.
ARV Solutions were supporting the event through exhibiting. Whilst we are well known across the sector, there are always many more new people to meet and share the message of high quality informed recruitment with. Also great to catch up with current and past clients.
It was an important event for all full members to attend, to not only keep up to date with what is impacting the industry today, but what to expect for the future. There were speakers from Government and Associated Bodies providing updates and fielding questions relating to the future of modular and portable buildings for new construction, refurbishment and hire.
Associate members were out in force with a full exhibition hall, and opportunity for us to increase awareness with members and suppliers to the modular sector (many more of whom are ARV Solutions clients these days).
