Rob joined us back in 2015 as what we affectionately call a “mature trainee.” Fortunately for everyone, age and wisdom came as part of the package. Quickly proving his value, he immersed himself in the recruitment world and mastered the specialist markets we operate in. Earning promotions to Divisional Lead and Associate Director along the way.
Rob isn’t just known for his professional impact. His guidance, humour, excellent lunch recommendations, and legendary signature Mac n’ Cheese have become part of ARV Solutions folklore.
His combination of intelligence, insight, a timely reality check when needed and a get-things-done mindset is a major part of what makes him such a success and such a valued colleague.
Celebration Worthy of the Achievement
Of course, a 10-year anniversary cannot pass without recognition and we did not disappoint. A celebratory breakfast then and afternoon off for the entire team to enjoy a Spitfire lunch at Bristol Harbourside, followed by some celebratory drinks. Possibly more than planned……..
The Next 10 Years
Rob heads into his next chapter working within the construction and commercial division, a strong team around him and an unwavering commitment to delivering results across MMC and specialist contracting.
We are incredibly proud to celebrate everything he has achieved — and equally excited to see what the future holds. One thing’s certain: he’s not slowing down.

“Can’t quite believe it’s been 10 years in the job! What a ride it’s been. Amazing colleagues, great people, a brilliant market, and so many opportunities along the way.
Huge thanks to Jim Roach, Deborah Roach, Paul Challis and Paul Jacobs for taking a chance on me all those years ago; and in particular to Jim for putting up with me ever since 😊
Since then, life’s moved on a bit… now a husband, homeowner and dad of two amazing daughters; all supported by a great career in a great industry.
Feeling really grateful for it all, and for the amazing party last Friday, there no social like an ARV Solutions 😊
