ARV have an ambitious three year plan to increase our workforce by over 100% – we want to build on our market-leading success in offsite and recruit people with the same passion and ethos that makes us so well-respected in our sectors.
It’s been a while since we attended a careers fair and the team weren’t sure how successful it would be Phoebe, Callum and Deb arrived at Novotel in Bristol armed with all manner of crisps, fizzy drinks and chocolate as well as QR codes, handouts and obligatory “merch” – assuming the demographic would be mostly school/college/ university leavers.
Although they spoke to many of these, they also loved the wide range of visitors – all ages, backgrounds, experience and interests.
Deb Roach said “It was so good to meet people and talk about ARV – it makes you realise why we stand out from the crowd and how passionate we are about what we do.”
ARV will definitely be looking at more events like this to help build on the already great team of people we have.
