Job Title: Production Supervisor 

Location: Leicestershire

Salary: £30,000

– Are you a keen to oversee a production and manufacturing team?

We are currently working with a market leading manufacturing of prefabricated construction products. They are looking a production supervisor to join their team in the Leicestershire area.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee the warehouse staff and ensure staff are adhering to health and safety regulations.

– Implement KPI’s for all staff and ensure they are being met

– Ensure all stock, safety and production reports are up to date

We would welcome conversations with Supervisors who have:

– Experience overseeing a team of warehouse staff

– Knowledge of implementing and adhering to KPI’s

– The ability to manage staff, build teams, train staff and monitor production performance

– Experience overseeing logistics and dispatch operations
