We are working with an innovative and established Timber Frame Manufacturer with an excellent reputation for providing quality timber frame solutions, and on a range of projects.  They are now in a position to grow their Design team and are seeking an additional Timber Frame Designer, who can be located either in the Aberdeenshire office or hybrid/remote working.  

As Timber Frame Designer you will be:
* Involved in the design and development of timber frame structures
* Working closely with Architects, Engineers, and Production teams, creating detailed and accurate designs to client specifications and the appropriate regulatory standards
* Developing detailed CAD designs using both 2D and 3D software (including floor plans, elevations, construction details)
* Ensuring your designs are buildable, cost-effective and conforming to the applicable Building Regulations and optimised for energy efficiency

Are you an experienced Timber Frame Designer, knowledgeable in at least one timber frame design software (eg Mitek, Consultec, hsbCAD, Wolf)?

If so, you can expect
* Salary between £35-40,000 (depending on experience)
* 32 days’ holiday (including statutory holidays)
