Job Title: Production Team Leader

We are currently working with a market leading manufacturer of prefabricated construction products. They are looking a Production Team Leader to join their team in the Leicestershire area.

This role is suited to someone who has experience in supervising a team within a manufacturing/production environment with experience working to strict deadlines & targets for output. 

Responsibilities as a Team Leader:
– Ensure staff are adhering to health and safety regulations.

– Help the leadership team implement KPI’s and ensure they are being met

– Ensure all stock, safety and production reports are up to date

– Liaise with supervisors to ensure any system or facility issues affecting production are rectified in a timely manner.

We would welcome conversations with Team Leaders who have:

– Experience helping on the production line as well as overseeing staff

– The ability to manage staff, build teams, train staff and monitor production performance

– Excellent organisational skills and prioritising workload

– Worked to strict deadlines and targets
