Job Title: Production Supervisor 

Location: Derbyshire

Salary: £38,000

We are currently working with a leading timber frame company who are looking a production supervisor to join their team and help manage a fast-paced environment with staff management and Production output/quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Production team
  • Ensure staff are adhering to health and safety regulations.

    Quality Control
  • Monitor the efficiency of factory equipment
  • Stakeholder management
  • Implement quality control programme
  • Give guidance and training to staff members
  • Ensure all stock, safety and production reports are up to date

We would welcome conversations with people who have:

  • Minimum 3 years supervising/managing in a manufacturing environment
  • Worked with ERP systems for analysing data
  • Had experience solving production related issues
  • IOSH accredited
  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing process
