Job Title: Factory Supervisor  

Salary: £43,000 + Package

Location: Peterborough

Sector: Timber Frame  

Are you and experienced Factory Supervisor with experience in a timber frame environment?

Do you want to work for one of the largest timber frame companies in the UK?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the largest Timber frame manufacturers in the UK. Your experience within the timber frame sector will be essential to successfully fulfil this role as you will be supervising a team of factory operatives to ensure that the production facility is running as smoothly and as safely as possible.

Your responsibilities as a Factory Supervisor:

  • Helping out with the day-to-day management on the shop floor
  • Ensure health and safety standards are followed
  • Review quality on a regular basis
  • Offer training and mentoring to staff members
  • Performance management, coaching and team development

We would welcome conversations with Factory Supervisors who:

  • Have worked as a supervisor/manager in a factory environment
  • Can demonstrate a background working within timber frame
  • Posses a hands on approach
  • Have previously used hand tools (nail gun, hand saw, chop saw)
  • Worked with automated robotics
