Job Title: Site Operative
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 + Package

Are you looking to take your first steps in to the modular housing sector?
Would you enjoy working for a business who are changing the way we are building our homes?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business who are buildings homes with a difference. Working across the country Monday – Friday & regular visits to the factory in West Yorkshire, you will work alongside a team of installers during the build phase of these projects to ensure the successful installation of these homes.

As a site operative, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all homes are water tight before handing over to internal finishing teams
  • Installing facias, soffits & external cladding
  • Fitting panelised systems together
  • Handling of power tools
  • Working safely at height – training can be provided
