Job Title: Site Manager – Modular
Salary: €60,000 – €65,000 + Company Vehicle & Package
Location: Cork / Travel around Southern Ireland

Are you an experienced Site manager who’s experienced in delivering modular projects?
Are you interested in joining a contractor who have grown year on year?
I am looking to speak to experienced site managers to join an expanding modular contractor who due to growth, are looking to expand the team. They are a market leader in providing offsite solutions to the commercial and residential spaces.
They are looking for a site manager who can manage commercial modular projects and oversee the installation of the modules aswell as overseeing the finishing works. You will have the close support of a project manager aswell as the head of contracts and construction director. You can expect a well organised and detailed site programme so the main role would be to be the eyes and ears on the ground of overseeing the build and sub contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking overall responsibility of the planning and delivery of large scale modular projects for it’s whole lifecycle.
- Give onsite leadership to ensure the best results are delivered.
- Manage a range of sub contractors
- Managing the health and safety and compliance on site.
- Having clear liaison between a range of stakeholders and the client.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of delivering full turnkey Modular projects
- Experienced in managing sub contractors and a range of finishing works
- A joinery background would be preferred
- Strong IT experience
- Relevant construction related degree
