Job Title: Estimator
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000
Location: Bedford
Sector: Refurbishment

Are you an experienced estimator with a background in estimating refurbishment projects?
Would you enjoy working for a large group, delivery projects across the UK?

Due to growth, we are looking to speak to experienced Estimators with a background in pricing refurbishment projects across the commercial sector, up to the value of £20million. You will work alongside an experienced estimating team, producing quotes & tenders for a tier 1/regional contractor client base. 

We would welcome conversations with Estimators who:

  • Have a background in pricing refurbishment/refit commercial projects
  • Possess a solid understanding of different software packages such as Excel & AutoCAD
  • Are able to present quotes directly back to clients alongside SLT
  • Will work alongside other departments to ensure a smooth tendering process
  • Can communicate across all levels both internally & externally

The successful candidate will receive:

  • £55-60k annual salary
  • Profit related bonus per year
  • 24 days holiday + Bank holidays & 1x occasional day per year
  • Career progression
