Job Title: Estimator
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000

Are you an experienced offsite construction estimator?
Would you like to work for a business who operate across both residential & commercial projects?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business who are delivering bespoke timber projects across the UK. The business are going through a natural period of growth, with the role has come up due to an increased workload. It’s a really promising time to join this company as they are moving across the industrial park at the end of 2024 to a larger to facility to enhance their manufacturing and delivery capability.
You will be working closely with the sales team, being responsible for producing detailed quotes to ensure you are meeting both the customers & the businesses requirements. You will ideally have an offsite construction background as the business delivery a range of timber based off site systems on a wide range of projects.
Your responsibilities as a estimator:

Produce detailed quotations from construction drawings

Ensure tenders are submitted on time to a high standard

Liaise closely with sales and other departments within the business

Attend internal & external meetings
We would welcome conversations with estimators who:

Have a background estimating within timber frame / offsite construction

Are able to read from construction design drawings
-
Can communicate across all levels to ensure commercial targets are met

Possess a strong understanding of different software packages
