This group company is dedicated to providing top-notch enclosure and stillage solutions across various sectors to include Renewables, Utilities, Highways, Rail and Telecoms, warehousing, distribution and manufacturing. As part of their expansion plans, they are seeking an experienced New Business Development Manager to join their management team.

Role and Responsibilities: As a New Business Development Manager, your role will be pivotal in driving their business growth. You will:

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients using their CRM system.
  • Craft and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase the value of their products.
  • Cultivate and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure continuous growth.
  • Collaborate closely with their internal sales teams for successful onboarding and support.
  • Represent their brand at trade shows and buyer events.

What They are Looking For: To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in business development, within any sector where the sales are of a semi technical nature
  • A consultative selling approach, focused on building long-term client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and networking skills across various channels.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to a wide product range.
  • Up-to-date industry knowledge to drive business improvement.

Qualifications and Benefits:

  • Minimum 2 years of business development experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • A full driving license.
  • Competitive salary of circa £50,000 basic, commensurate with skills and experience.
  • Great commission scheme that rewards new account opening which you earn off for two years.
  • 25 days of annual leave and a pension plan in line with current guidelines.
