About Your Employer

Our retained client manufactures a range of housing solutions aimed at the homeless and temporary housing sectors.  These comfortable, eco friendly solutions are designed to get the homeless off the streets, out of expensive bed and breakfast / hotel accommodation funded at great expense by Councils, Local Authorities, the London Boroughs and Charities giving people “their own apartment or small house to call their own”.

The Role

Primarily targeting Councils, Local Authorities and Registered Providers providing solutions and helping them with their “pain points” in their duty to get homeless people and families off the streets.  You will be targeting the individual departments that are tasks with providing the solutions discussing their challenges and providing them with solutions.  The targets will be VERY realistic in the first year with the expectation that you will produce around £2M worth of turnover equating to around 40 units sold.  Whilst the Northern region will be the focus you will have the ability to talk to any Council, Local Authority or Borough.

About You

You will be well connected with the Housing Departments within Councils and Local Authorities and ideally RPs sellingthem solutions (possibly Modular Housing or LSF or Timber Frame), demonstrating the ability to solve peoples problems.  Motivated and fulfilled by helping to get homeless people into their own house.
