The Sales Manger role
You will not be cold calling, knocking on doors, you will be converting business which has come through the sales and marketing team. The Sales and marketing team will be contacting clients via email and marketing campaigns with all engagement sent to the sales manager to convert. You will be the clients point of contact for any client related questions or support required.
50% of the business comes from the education sector with a further 50% coming from the commercial sector. The Sales Manager will be leading and managing sales in the region of £100 – £300K with some key accounts hitting the £1M+.
The role will be office based as you will be part of the senior management team reporting into the Managing Director. Due to the nature of the role you will need to be in the office to collaborate amongst relevant departments. You will be out meeting clients as and when required.
To be considered for the Sales Manager role, you will need to demonstrate the following: Good Account Management experience Confident in sales and able to close business Knowledge of the Modular sector is a must. Good technical knowledge with an understanding of Autocad would be an advantage but not essential.
