We’re working with an industry-leading modular specialist on an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist to join their growing team at HQ in Knowsley.
This is a key role, ideal for someone ready to build and shape a brand-new customer care function across five divisions — including modular construction, container conversions, and steel fabrication. You’ll act as the central point between clients and internal teams, delivering service that’s as high-quality as the company’s product offering.

The Role

Manage and grow relationships with key customers

Handle day-to-day support and service using HubSpot CRM

Collaborate with sales and technical teams to resolve enquiries and build opportunities

Support new customers with onboarding and account setup

Help shape the customer care experience across the group

Feed insights and feedback into wider business improvements
About You

Background in customer service or sales

Confident communicator with great organisational skills

Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot ideal) and Microsoft Office

Proactive and curious — someone who wants to improve things, not just maintain them

Open to learning and growing as the business scales
